Diabetic-Friendly Non-Dairy Chocolate Ice Cream

Love ice cream but can’t deal with the sugar and dairy? No problem! You can make this delicious dairy-free version of chocolate ice cream with only five minutes of prep time. You also have the option of making a tasty chocolate mousse. Just refrigerate the mix instead of freezing. This cool and creamy concoction makes 8, ¼ cup size servings.

Ingredients
2 ripe medium-size bananas
2 ripe medium-size avocados
1/3-cup lite coconut milk
1/3 cup cocoa powder
¼ cup Splenda Sugar Blend

Directions
1. Combine all ingredients in a blender or food processor until creamy and smooth. Pause periodically to scrape the sides as you mix.
2. Next, simply pour the mixture into a container, pack it and freeze. No ice cream maker needed! If you want to use a homemade ice cream maker, then just blend for 10 minutes before packing and freezing.
3. Leave ice cream out to thaw for about 20 minutes prior to serving. Scoop and enjoy!
